Jenifer Branson, MS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 26 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout North Texas. A proud Texas native, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine.

For more than two decades, Jenifer has been privileged to care for patients through every stage of life. Her passion for family medicine stems from the meaningful relationships she builds with her patients and their families. She believes the foundation of exceptional healthcare begins with listening, understanding, and treating every patient with dignity, respect, and compassion. Whether helping patients prevent illness, manage chronic conditions, or navigate new health challenges, Jenifer is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Known for her warm personality and approachable style, Jenifer strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, valued, and truly heard. She enjoys partnering with her patients to develop realistic health goals and empowering them with the knowledge and support they need to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

When she’s not caring for patients, Jenifer loves spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their two Australian Shepherds, Matilda and Sheldon. She enjoys traveling to new destinations, staying active through exercise, baking for family and friends, getting lost in a good book, and making memories with the people she loves most.

Deeply rooted in the community she serves, Jenifer is honored to care for the families of Melissa and the surrounding areas. She considers it a privilege to be entrusted with her patients’ health and is dedicated to delivering the kind of compassionate, relationship-based care that helps individuals and families thrive for generations.

Dr. Donna Ignacio-Vasquez is a Board-Certified Family Physician with over 20 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. Inspired by her childhood dream of becoming a doctor, she has dedicated her career to building meaningful relationships and providing compassionate, personalized care.

With a strong background in preventive medicine, chronic disease management and acute care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Dr. Vasquez empowers patients through education and collaboration. Known for her approachable and caring nature, she strives to foster trust and respect in every encounter.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Vasquez enjoys traveling with her family to see beautiful places, experience new cultures and savor diverse cuisines.

Jennifer Blaylock, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Originally from Central Illinois, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, where she began her nursing career in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jennifer relocated to Melissa, Texas, in 2016 and has been serving patients in North Texas ever since.

With 17 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer provides comprehensive primary care including acute care, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and personalized patient care. She believes in partnering with her patients to develop treatment plans that support long-term health and wellness while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Jennifer is also certified in BioTE® Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and has a special interest in preventive health, hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children. She is passionate about health and fitness—especially nutrition, bodybuilding, and CrossFit—and enjoys helping others incorporate healthy habits into their everyday lives.
